Reporting to the Customer Quality Engineering Manager, you will have direct responsibility for all customer quality concerns and be a key player in establishing and maintaining customer relationships on key accounts. As the champion of investigations, you will be the ‘voice of the customer’ and coordinate cross-functional teams in order to resolve customer quality issues, ensuring timely implementation of interim and permanent corrective actions to meet our customers’ requirements. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing team as a technical adviser for negotiations and fulfilment of terms and conditions of warranty contracts.
Along with the many training and development opportunities available within Sensata Technologies, successful candidates who have no six sigma qualifications will be trained to Green Belt level. You will be expected to use these six sigma skills to lead projects with the aim of improving product quality through the process of continuous improvement.
You must be a team player, have excellent communication skills, and a ‘can do’ attitude to resolve any customer quality issue.
This will be a full time permanent role based in Antrim.
