HR Administrator (Ref: 2190219)

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner you will be joining a team of HR professionals in supporting the day-to-day running of an extremely busy and dynamic environment. If you are enthusiastic, a self-starter and willing to learn and develop, then this is the opportunity for you. You will be actively involved in a wide range of generalist HR activities that are fully aligned with achieving the short to long term objectives of a successful global organisation of over 20,000 employees. The range of tasks will be very diverse and will involve but limited to:

  • Maintaining and developing all personnel and training records and document systems in a secure manner
  • Providing administrative support for the recruitment and selection process and activities
  • Maintaining and managing the probationary review process and administration
  • Providing administrative support for hourly paid payroll and bonus payments
  • Assisting in the preparation of HR KPIs and metrics reports
  • Assisting in process and policy development
  • Carrying out employee onboarding & exiting administration
  • Assisting in the completion of fair employment returns
  • Providing administrative support for employee engagement activities
  • Undertaking Time & Attendance swipe card management
  • Assisting in the processing of HR related Invoices
  • Providing support with employee relations issues to include disciplinary and grievance meeting

As this role is not limited to the above tasks, you will be expected to undertake duties within the department as necessary for the smooth running of the HR function.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a similar HR role
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Math
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
  • Team Player
  • Time Management skills
  • Be Results oriented

Desirable Criteria

  • Third Level Qualification in HR or a related subject
  • Experience within a Large Manufacturing Environment
  • Previous experience using Time and Attendance and HR information systems
