Manufacturing Systems Administrator (Ref: 21903

The successful candidate will support the Manufacturing Systems NPI/CI team in its days to day functions in order to meet team priorities and support the Administrative activities.  Key duties will involve:

  • Managing time sheets
  • Controlling and Managing component ordering process
  • Maintaining and Tracking the project ledger
  • Coordinate project deliverables
  • Basic data analysis skills, collating project and process data and formatting for presentation
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
  • Schedule meeting and travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support for the team as required

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English and Math
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
  • Team Player
  • Time Management skills
  • Be Results oriented

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience within a Large Manufacturing Environment
