Continued Learning and Development of our employees is paramount to our success and we provide in excess of 4000 training hours on average each year to employees. They engage in ILM and NVQ Training & Assessments that ultimately lead to certified qualifications and are encouraged to take advantage of any form of training and development that benefits their careers in Sensata and personal goals. The company also provides funding support for those who wish to progress their academic and/or vocational training that will help to bolster skills.
Our Learning & Development Team, along with Line Managers, work in synergy to ensure that employees acquire the relevant knowledge and expertise, through on-the-job and specialised training.
