The programme aims to support graduates as they transition into full-time employment at Schrader and over their first 18 months. Their learning path incorporates intensive skills training and mentoring as well as the opportunity to gain an Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 qualification in Leadership functions. As well as technical development, we incorporate a fun element into the programme to emphasize the importance of good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team. Our graduates also take part in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) days to highlight the importance giving back to society”.
The programme places graduates from a range of engineering disciplines such as Electronics, Software, and Mechanical into R&D, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering.
Opportunities are advertised in October of each year.
