Graduate Manufacturing Engineer


Working within our state of the art manufacturing facilities, our Manufacturing Engineers play a key role in supporting production.  They are responsible for continuously identifying improvements to our processes and applying world class manufacturing practices to them. You will develop, qualify and implement new products into production and qualify new equipment and processes and set up for high volume production.

We Operate a Graduate Development Scheme which incorporates appropriate skills trainings, mentoring and progression towards an ILM Level 3 qualification.

We require high calibre graduates to join our teams to tap the huge potential of our world-leading product and to participate in the development of further automotive, industrial and medical products.  We are looking for people who are attracted to our work ethic, our drive for continued success and pride in our achievements.

Successful applicants are expected to have or expect to attain a 2:1 classification or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
